Paul started in Financial Services in 1993 and has worked for a number of life offices and investment platforms as a Broker Consultant. He was responsible for providing support and technical training to London based Independent Financial Advisers and Private Banks.

In 2018 Paul became an Independent Financial Adviser, utilising the skills built up over 30 years and takes great pleasure in helping clients achieve their financial goals, whether that be saving for a home or planning for retirement.

Paul is proud to be a Fellow of the Personal Financial Society (FPFS) which is the highest designation awarded by the Chartered Insurance Institute. When he is not in the office, Paul can be found driving his four children to various sporting activities across the country and being their number one supporter.

Paul works closely with the 'Make a Wish' foundation which is a charity very close to his heart and provides 'wishes' for critically ill children. Paul's friends and family have helped him raise over £40,000 during his previous two London marathon attempts and he is planning to run again in 2025 while pushing his daughter in her specially adapted wheelchair.

Michelle has gained over 30 years experience in Financial Services, starting her career with Canada Life where she built up her knowledge and experience in both the industry and customer service in general.

After nine years with Canada Life, Michelle joined a firm of Independent Financial Advisers and found the Paraplanner role suited her skillset perfectly. She provided support to advisers by undertaking research, technical support, administrative tasks and day to day client and provider contact, leaving the advisers free to focus on providing financial planning to clients.

Michelle has worked alongside Paul in a paraplanning capacity for several years and together they have formed a strong team, ensuring the client is at the forefront of everything they do.

Outside of work, Michelle has recently become a grandmother for the third time. She loves spending time with all of the grandchildren and having a new addition to the family.
